How the website uses cookies
The website can use strictly necessary cookies for basic functionality, security, and administration. Logged-in administrators can also receive WordPress cookies that remember login and viewing preferences.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand how the website is used and improve its content. Google Tag Manager manages the analytics tool, and Complianz manages consent choices. Statistics include page views, scrolling, outbound link clicks and file downloads. Google Analytics uses the cookies _ga and _ga_81MX0FB751 and pseudonymous identifiers. Analytics is activated only when you accept statistics. We do not use Google Analytics for marketing tracking in this setup. Google processes the information, which may be transferred to countries outside the EEA. How to reject or delete cookies
You can accept or reject statistics in the consent banner and change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Manage consent”, available on the website. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. Choices apply per browser and device. Rejecting statistics does not prevent use of the website’s basic functions.
Third parties and booking
The website may link to or display content from other websites. Such services have their own privacy policies, and we recommend that you read these when using the services.
When you submit a booking request, the information necessary to process the booking is processed. TSE uses Funbutler as its booking system. The information you provide in connection with the booking is used to manage the request and contact you regarding the activity or event.
Newsletter and Mailchimp
When you sign up for the newsletter, we receive your email address and documentation of your consent. The information is used to send you the news and offers you have requested. The legal basis for processing is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
We use Mailchimp as our marketing platform. When you submit the form, the information is transferred to Mailchimp for processing in accordance with their Terms and privacy practices. The newsletter form on www.tromsosportevent.no does not load the Mailchimp external validation script until submission.
Protection of children
We encourage parents and guardians to monitor and guide their children's use of the internet. TSE EVENT AS does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information directly from children under 13 through the website.
If you believe that a child has provided us with such information, we ask you to contact us. We will investigate the request and remove the information when appropriate and possible.
